- 31 January 2017 – all updated workbooks returned to Colin Staples by league contacts.
- 28 February 2017 – reassessment of workbooks complete – non-compliant at this point will be issued yellow card, action plan and required to meet standard prior to start of 2017/18 season.
- February 2017 – 6x Area Association Meetings with all junior leagues to plan addition coach education requirements and update on Club Accreditation processes.
- Grassroots Coaching Conferences – revalidation opportunity for expired or expiring coaches – free of charge.
- 12 March 2017 – Bangor University
- 19 March 2017 – Dragon Park
- 26 March 2017 – Newtown FC
- 9 April 2017 – University of South Wales
- 30 April 2017 – Glyndwr University
- 7 May 2017 – Coleg Sir Gar
- 1 February – 30 May 2017 – clubs to complete all outstanding issues ahead of 2017/18 season.
- 1 June – 30 June 2017 – Affiliation for 2017/8 season commences – Clubs to update Data Capture Workbook in preparation for submission to league.
- 1 July – 31 July 2017 – League Officers to receive completed Data Capture Workbook from designated Club Officer to audit for STANDARD AWARD, which is the minimum requirement (MANDATORY) to enter a Junior League in Wales.
- 1 August – 31 August 2017 – League Officers to complete audits for STANDARD AWARD and pass on to National Lead Officer for Club Accreditation. NO club with a yellow card should commence fixtures if they have NOT met the required standard.
- 1 September – 30 September 2017 – Lead officer will at this stage audit all workbooks for BRONZE, SILVER or GOLD AWARDS (assisted by FAW Safeguarding) – on completion of audits; workbooks will be returned to the League Officer and clubs with notification of accreditation level for the appropriate season.
