This was a fantastic match for the neutral.
Penrhyn Bay pressed hard trying to get the opening goal but it’s was Llandudno Junction went into a 2-0 lead.
Penrhyn Bay came back to draw level only to see Llandudno Junction retake the lead.
The Dragons pressed hard and finally got their reward with a equalising goal and the match went into extra time.
Both teams tried hard to grab the inatative but with 3 mins of extra time remaining Penrhyn Bay Dragons took the lead for the first time in the match
They say you are at your most vulnerable when you have scored and that proved to be the case as Llandudno Junction Snrs when straight up the field and levelled the score once again 4-4
With 1min left of extra time. All eyes then turned to the Llandudno Junction Snrs goalkeeper who was down injured. He had fallen while making a save and had hurt his side.
He was unable to move and the game was halted (4.59pm) while he was assessed as to the nature of his injury.
An Ambluance was called and the match halted until the Keeper received treatment.
The Ambulance finally arrived at 6.10pm and the match was restarted.
The League wish Jack Williams a speedy recovery
They restarted the match and played out the remaking 1min and the match went into a penalty shootout
